With funding from the Foundation for Louisiana (formerly known as the Louisiana Disaster Recovery Foundation - LDRF), the Collaborative for Enterprise Development (CED) was created to address the challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses and entrepreneurs in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
